I'm assuming we took the gun away from that Captain? Based on that Captain’s logic we should also give free tech support to the FBI, CIA, State Police, Sherriff, Local Police Department, Fire Fighters, Paramedics, ER Doctors, and Teachers. I’m guessing he wouldn’t be willing to do his job if he didn’t get paid for it, why should he expect HP to work and not get paid? So it didn’t occur to this Captain to go and requisition another cheep $70 printer? The ink cartridges cost more than that machine does br

This video is actually over 4 years old, I work on behalf of HP and was around when this video was originally sent to the company back in 2006. HP resolved this customer’s issue back then, and for years, HP has offered active duty U.S. military personnel free phone support for products both in and out of warranty.

I don't give a rat's ass: what they shoot up. These guys bust their humps in 120 degree heat and risk their lives everyday. I do pay taxes and I'll send them another printer if they want to shoot another one. I'll even pay for the bullets. Funny how all these big-mouthed wussies hide behind a monitor and talk smack. Funny if the machine wasn't plugged in. (I'm not saying that its the same for them, just informing ^__^): My Brother works at a Dell telephone Service, and he says that the most common idiotic problem is the machine wasn't plugged in, Lol As he calls it a code I.D.10 T for IDIOT! :D hahaha
@SeraChosenOne same here: i used to work in the tech support for At&t internet services...and ive had ppl ask me why their internet wouldnt work..they hadnt plugged the modem in

customer service: It's not just HP they all do that, problem is none of this sutff works with other programs and products, I am having a night mare with vista, compatability. HP is sending me a printer that they say will work with my networked nightmare, we will see, at least they pick up the phone. Try and call CA. Why cant they standardize this stuff. If I had a gun like that I would be doing the same thing to every computer in my house for the grief they give me.

ugh: lousy camera work. All those rounds of 7.62 and I never saw a round hit. No shouts of glee when a round hits, no charming phraseology (brit guy saying "look a' the STATE o' that")... I wanted to see the cyan cartridge get hit.

I wonder if: they were at a really small F.O.B(Forward operating base). If it was at any of the other bigger camps the wouldnt have been able to fire that .240B inside it.
