Personally, I think the police should have snipers trained to take out drivers in high speed chases with head shots. I'm pretty sure we would see the last of the high speed chases after the first perp got taken down. The reason they run is because they know they have nothing to lose. Even a kick in the head will get everyone crying for you.

I can see he is a criminal,could have killed someone but did'nt,tried to run and who would'nt,got stuck so he SURRENDERED peacefully on the ground....they could have just cuffed him instead of being so passionate about showing who's boss...he knew that already.You don't see that shit in Canada unless you actualy assault an officer.Thats when a kick in the head is due,not while on the ground spread eagle.

@Parodysi agree he resisted to the chasing officers, however the police are not the judge,jury and exacutioners, thankfully, with that being said that kick was not justified on any grounds. thats why we have trials and our tax dollars go to a ton of people drawing paychecks for the processing of these criminals.

I honestly think the kick was uncalled for, police brutality caught on camera. Felon or not a kick straight to the top of the head could kill him or cause severe brain damage. If you dont have any mercy in your soul dont be a cop, be Batman.

@shyguy0525actually 22 a kick or elbow(from the ufc, is illlegal) to the top of the head, and its the crown or crest, just above the forehead, thats the strongest not the top.
