    @lifeseeker1 it is simple that pick up truck loss control either by exsesive speeding or bald tire and when the truck spun it was ass end when it went through the space between the cop and dump truck

  may i suggest that the mexican left the truck in neutral and it rolled backwards down a hill, thereby creating the illusion that it was being driven backwards?
