Art is art, no matter how long it lasts. A skywriter makes more on a busy summer weekend than the majority of blue collar North Americans do in a week.   Latte Art: I am a Barista (I make lattes for a living) Thats what we Barista's call Latte Art. The white stuff is steamed milk the brown stuff is chocolate syrup. He is pouring the steamed milk into a shot of espresso, doing that really isnt that hard it just takes a lot of practice, I can do most of those designs myself.   this is a known art: The thing he/she did with coffee and sugar is not just something about coffee and sugar. It is a particular application of a known Turkish art which is called "ebru". What I belive is he/she is actually an ebru artist and probably Turk since one of his/her fugures (star and crescent) looks like Turkish flag. Also some of his/her figures are similar to the classic figures of ebru. There is a website I found for people who would like to learn more about this art and see some ebru figure
