City Council Cat Fight

At a city council meeting in Carson California a former council member leading the effort to recall the mayor taps a current council member on the head with her papers. After missing her initial queue the "assaulted" woman puts on a really good show and pretends to be hurt. I love her scream, Ive watched this 10 times.
