@wp34it's realy not the thing to in general but I think the reason mainly is not to get blood on the floor or on themselves..so in essence putting your head is somewhat used as a figure of speach or force of habbit if you will..still not a good idea to tilt your head back unless your wearing Jerry's Armani suit...lol
