Just saw this now. (late to comment i know) I was born in toronto Canada, and no. We don't talk like that, at all. you have the accent confused, It would work better if you said you born up north, way north, or way east. Toronto is 3 hours from the USA. Accents would be spoken much like your seattle example. or seattle. maybe say it as "the great white north" 95 percent of canadians don't have that retarded accent.
