hey jackass it is a dash cam like american police cars have but insurrance companies use the same kind of cams on private vehicles too so dont assume the driver is holding a cam oh yeah they are also equiped with audio as well the real good cams have lenses for both front and rear my nephew had one in his car when he first started driving when he was seventeen it was required for him since he was an under aged driver plus they also notified the guardian who pays the insurrance if he or any of the passengers
