@vstonedPeople hate cops: because their job is essentially reactive. They don't stop robberies or beatings or accidents, they only show up after the fact and take notes, try to find the guilty party. The only time most poeple interact with the police is when getting a ticket or filing a report. Cops are basically powerless to stop crime directly, but many abuse their authority and are hated for it.

@vstonedProactive: The SIS (Special Investigative Service) is a division of law enforcement that is proactive rather than reactive. As far as I know it's the only branch that isn't reactive.

Lucky Cop: Cop is lucky that the trick driver saw it coming, if you notice he starts to back up and then the cop looks over. A second later they both realize its coming right for them and dive out of the way. Would have been creamed if it wasn't for the guy he pulled over.
