Hats off to the driver to keeping his eyes on the kids who were poised to foolishly play on the street. Were the parents fined for not supervising their children who are playing on the road with cars? Did the police level a fine for an obstruction on the road damaging the car? Where Children and Family Services called to remove the children until they could be returned to a safe home and environment? Or should the parents take them to the interstate highway to play. I'm not a big fan of children... But I have to say that is one dumb*** driver... Good thing he hit the ramp though, judging by his lack of vision, it could have easily ended up being a kid that got hit.

im actually amazed the ramp held up a 3000lb moving car hitting it. even though it was only a part of the car hitting it and the weight is less, the force alone is increased,making it impressivly built...
