does he have to live there without electricity or water for 3 years? aren't there laws against that? utilities for that house would be more than $500 per month. i wonder if he knows that. also, taxes and maintenance on that house are going to cost a fortune. that's why only people with high income can afford to live there.

  @rodmunchonce he has the title he could just sell or rent it A house like that would easily rent for over 2,500 per month. If he owns it free and clear, then he is getting 2,500 residual income AND can sell the house when he wants to. NOTE* we don't know he current financial situation, he may have plenty of money.

Rofl, he basically stole a house, you people defending him are just racists. someoneELSE payed over 300000 dollar for that. That law was probably put in place to prevent cities from developing ghettos and crackhouses. He just abused that law to claim a well maintained house as if it was an abandoned building. How messed up is that...
