the funny thing is that i know this guy pretty whell. people call him buzz, he used to be one of the best skaters around in victoria. lol we live in a relatively small town so im assuming he will be caught very soon. ill give you an early rest in peace buzz

What IS funny is that he's stealing video surveillance equipment while being recorded by same. Looks like he took a PTZ and box on floor has the Pelco Co. logo on it. Pelco is a manufacturer of surveillance stuff.
