This happened in Oslo/Norway early 90s He survived, but was sendt to hospital with serious injuries, such as an open belly, and several broken ribs.. The cord was not properly rigged.. later he tried to put this accident in The Guinness Book of World Records as the worlds higest dive.. was denied, cause of bad style..
