Anyone saying the shooting of an unarmed man over replaceable items is justified. Is just as ignorant as the asshole that killed a man in "COLD BLOOD" when he was CLEARLY instructed NOT to go outside. He is a murderer and should face capital punishment just like if the were two white guys robbing a house and an African American shot them after being told and i quote, (The Pasadena emergency operator) “Nope. Joe Horn was cleared of this incident in 2009 (shooting occurred. in 2007) Search for Joe Horn shooting controversy on Wikipedia and you will get the story. Personally I do not agree with his actions but I understand the controversy.

Brave???? Crazed is more like it. Listen to his voice...he was on a mission. This 'Red Neck' sounding idiot was out to play vigilante before he ever left his house. Completely ignored the cop on the phone. He was going to use that shotgun on those 'Black Criminals', he just wanted to try to make sure he might be covered legally, by calling 911. I hope he paid for those deaths. Deaths penalties he had NO business imposing.

The guy's an asshole. I have no problem with him trying to stop their escape but you don't use deadly force if you aren't being threatened with deadly force. It was a neighbors house and unless he believed they murdered his neighbors, it was stupid to just shoot them as they left.
