That convoy: is on a military mission. They don't have time to stop and check the paint of a civilian car they hit. Hell, for all they know, it could be a sniper bottleneck setup. There are channels through which this stuff gets dealt with through local officials. Nobody hurt, carry on. Complete the mission.
