It was kinda mean for the host to make fun of the second slowest driver, not because it was was rude to him, but the way he probably made the blind man feel when he said, "Beaten by a BLIND MAN!" You cn see the poor guys face when he realizes what the host has said... very rude, though most likely not intentional.
