  his stance: is total submission, that's why he gets knocked out. He doesn't even stand a chance if he starts out shying away from his opponent like that. He lost before he started. Someone who knows any shred of martial arts should know that, but I guess when all you do is aerobics and never apply it you shouldn't be in a ring in the first place.

    @xeokymactually: charging them right of the bat is a very bad idea buddy, you both have an amazing amount of energy because your fresh, but when he evades your strong forward attack, its hard to pull back and come out of it, and your in deep shit, so no, you keep a balanced stance, wait for an opening, then attack, submission is all about timing your openings and not being to overbearing and quick to jump on a small oppurtunity.

  cont.: not a type of karate, it's just a workout with moves incoprorated into it. My sensei is known for his kickboxing and a threat. Him teaching CardioKarate as well, doesn't imply that's his style, and that's all he can do. His real style is a menace to his opponents. So don't be naive *sp* to think that Billy Blanks' only style is Tae Bo and that's what he uses

  Some people...: I don't know for sure if this is Billy Blanks or not...but he wasn't ALWAYS bald...he used to have hair. Like stated below...he was a monster in Karate. Legendary.   Whatever works: Don't disrespect the man! And knock off the racist crap! On a bad day, Billy Blanks could (and probably still can) kick some serious ass. I caught him...I caught him good. But we were, overall, 3 and 3. Strangely enough, the fight you're watching should have been a loss, but the judges thought the kick so picture perfect they didn't have the heart to disqualify me for excessive contact.
