last laugh: This guy eneded up successfully sueing the police. What those chase shows never tell you is why he was running. The police thought he was a bank robber they were looking for, he wasn't. When they went to arrest him they we're plain cloths and not showing their badges. He looked in his rearview mirrow and saw two guys creeping up behind him with guns in their hands, so he bolted. He said he continued to run because he figured the cops were after the guys that were trying to bike jack him or what
