Unless you ride a bike you probably think the woman was at fault. Maybe legally but if you ride a bike legal fault means jack. The biker should have seen her way before he did, you can see in the mirror that he only tried to avoid the car just before he hit it. You gotta scan ahead and anticipate and your speed should be adjusted to the conditions. Obviously he wasnt paying attention, okay in a car but on a bike its extremely stupid.
