    I hate both of them, people that ride their bikes through traffic like that are a nuisance and people who don't watch where they are going deserve to be run over. I don't care who has the right of way, people need to pay attention to what they are doing. Having the right of way will not prevent a car from killing you and saying the guy was not in a crosswalk will not make anyone feel better if you run over and kill someone.       @JeffJohnson9I get that but at the same time if I am crossing a ONE way street there shouldn't be a car or bike coming from the opposite direction. Its like saying if a car drives oncoming and hits another car its the victim's fault for not anticipating a retard driving on the wrong side

    It seems the majority of people commenting on this do not understand that bicycles do not have to abide by motorized traffic laws. A bike can ride down any road irregardless of the traffic signs or lanes. Unless there is a sign that states the lane of bicycle traffic this was completely the old mans fault for jaywalking (without looking both ways no less). Just because its a one way doesn't mean some idiot in a car, a biker, or an ambulance hauling ass isn't going to be coming the opposite way of cars. Sure

      @TyHarperYou're a fu.cking retard. Bicycles are subject to Most (if not all, depending on the state) of the same laws that govern motorized traffic. Even if it's not all, the direction of traffic is non negotiable. Even so, the guy may have been jaywalking, but what if he had just been walking around to the driver's side of the car? He would have been hit anyways. By the way, using the word irregardless means you're retarded.
