It doesn't matter if the bike was speeding. He still had the right of way by law. Haven't any of you taken a driving course?

@TimO3YES ! the van should've stayed on her own side

This is one of the most inane threads I've ever read! Read and accept fpd369's explaination and let it go! He nailed it right on the head. BTW: fpd is talking about no-fault insurance in that fourth sentance (he must be from NJ )

Both of the contributed to the accident and thats the way the accident report would reflect. The van Failed to yield the right of way and the bike contributed by speeding. It my job to decide who's fault it is. Ultimately each individuals insurance would be responsible for their on vehicle and or injuries. So there, I've made my ruling!

@fpd369you idiot the van didnt even get any damage,

    • luigio94

      luigio94 - 2 years ago

@fpd369hey kearnshaw, who the hell says he's talking about the van? that bike biffed it into the dirt and probably had considerable damage, but as per fpd's decision, he would have to pay for it himself.

It doesn't really matter how fast the bike was going, he has the right of way. Do not turn left in front of on coming traffic.

    • Krondelo

      Krondelo - 3 years ago

@thewardenyou are retarded. So what if you are turning left and you don't see anyone coming, but suddenly they are there because they are traveling 130 mph, still your fault?

Compare the distance the bike behind the van covers to the distance the crashing bike would have covered. That is including the other bike slowing down for the van. The bike looked like it was going too fast because it made a loud noise and was close to the camera. It's called perspective, idiots.

  • WoeArmy

    WoeArmy - 3 years ago

Why do you idiots think the motorcycle was going over the speed limit? Look at the other bike behind the van and the distance it covers in the length of the video. Now compare that to the distance the crashing bike would have covered if not for the van.

The biker was going way too fast. I had this happen to me once. I wanted to make a left hand turn across a center turn lane. I looked out behind me to the left and there was no one there. I started slowly making my turn and bam! Got hit by a car doing twice the limit in the turning lane. I didnt see it because it was too far away when I checked the turning lane a moment before. It's the biker's fault. And btw, I am a biker. Although fortunately I was in my car when my accident occured.

that van should not have been turning in front of a vehicle like that. What an idiot, I hope he had to pay his last dollar to that poor motorcyclist.

    • Flatfour

      Flatfour - 3 years ago

@drummerboy16354That's because the bike was doing twice the speed limit. Had he been doing the speed limit he could have easily made the turn. I ride and even I can see that. Moron.

Although I think the van was to blame I still enjoy seeing bikers forcibly dismounted because I dislike the way they cut in between cars on the motorway. All in all an enjoyable video.

@Nethanielharpoonharry...lol... were you hurt that someone said something bad about the douche bag that was riding like a c0ck or did you just feel better saying stuff that you have no idea if its true? Just wondering since you sounded so sure. I've had two bikes myself but I have no respect or even feel sorry that the guy in the video who got what he deserved. People are saying bad stuff about the way he rode, not every single biker in the world... no one like a whiner, get over it. Bring on the witty comments

@Nethaniel1/ I bet he don't ride a bike (Nethaniel). 2/ Alien infection is not a true biker if he likes to see some poor loser on a road bike go down. 3/ Danny Boi, I have been riding bikes since 1972, current bike is a GSX1100 and not once has my helmet or bike kissed the road.

and what's more is i'm assuming this video is from somewhere in eastern europe where i'm sure the speed limits are not all that low and not all that strictly enforced. and finally, if you really look at the biker on passing, he's not doing much more than 60 km/h

  • RiceBoyXIV

    RiceBoyXIV - 3 years ago

Shuuz are you really going to just jump to conclusions? the biker was speeding, and the van MAY OR MAY NOT have been the cause of this crash. but either way the biker shouldnt have been speeding and this could have been avoided otherwise. i do agree some van drivers ARE idiots, but we just cant tel in this situationl. sometimes its hard to see a tiny vehicle coming around the corner going 80+ mph.

    • MinkStallion

      MinkStallion - 3 years ago

@SHUUZright, because people should always expect, let alone see, morons on bikes coming down the road at probably 50-60 miles over the speed limit at least. how about change the name to biker speeding dangerously down a public road not blocked off for racing or dangerous driving gets exactly wtf happens to you when youre an idiot and dont obey traffic law.

@SHUUZMinkstallion is 100% correct. Consider yourself pwnd Shuuz. Bikers like this serve no other purpose than to provide a working Organ for those of us (unlike them) worth having them.

@SHUUZstill think the guy in the van is the main idiot.

    • Baggaz

      Baggaz - 3 years ago

@SHUUZMaybe the Van driver thought he'd scare the shit out of the biker for coming up ridiculously fast so he only edged over that side of the road before turning to teach him a lesson for speeding.

    • Rightpublican

      Rightpublican - 3 years ago

@SHUUZYeah, if the biker wasn't going so fast, he could have stopped or negotiated around. I rode for six years but quit riding when a driver pulled in front of me like this. I was in control, though. Kept it on two wheels. Still quit riding.

    • oopablo

      oopablo - 3 years ago

@SHUUZi guess you could frame by frame see the motorcyclists speedo? looks like a country road, biker prolly going at, or close to speed limit. But its cool if you think we should all just drive like we are the only idiots on the road.

    • Harpoonharry

      Harpoonharry - 3 years ago

@SHUUZMinkstallion, get some balls and actually ride a bike one day, stop being jealous and have some fun instead.
