I am amazed that this doesn't happen more often when people are using the bench press. Even with a spotter it seems like people aren't ever paying close attention.

Nah: I am a bodybuilder he deffinetly had good form and grip..His wrists just couldnt support it and snapped forwards then putting all the weight on his thumbs doubt he broke anything besides his ribs or sternum

@VerSatilEzI also remember: when a week was 7 days and weak meant not strong :/ Spotters were not in the right posistion, the way their body's were also distorted so that when/if he were to drop it, they would collapse due to a mass of weight pushing them off balance :/

Going back for a second lift: should have been the spotters warning..........he pushed back and twisted his wrists back. It was a given he'd lose it. Fuckin hope he is ok though. Shit. that sucks...ouch !
