  thats what happens: when you live in poverty...you kind of have to empathize with him in some way...he probably was raised on the streets and education wasn't really promoted in his household (might have only had 1 or 0 parents)...so now he has no motivation to work because he wont get paid shit...robbing a store is easy, fast money...and he doesnt think about the consequences...just how the world works...sucks for both ends really...
