I used to work at a Texaco, and one of the first things they train you on is people shoplifting or doing drive offs. They tell you about the hidden cameras all over. They had cameras that looked to get a good profile of the shoplifter, and the pick up truck and it's license plate. The guy should get fired, let the cops do their job.

Dumbass should get fired. That is against company policy, and could end up costing the company serious money in a lawsuit if he would have gotten hurt. His life isn't worth $15 in beer.
