Maybe doing a bike trick in the middle of a busy street at a blind corner wasnt such a great idea. I love how they are all trying to write down his plates to report him, um report him for what? Driving normally? Pick a better place to show off.

    i love ur description law is that no matter who's fault it was you have to stop if ur the victim and you leave u can get charged with leaving the scene of an accident

      @reno992Well It would also be smart if the truck pulled off the road rather then stopping right there on teh blind curve. Stopping right there would just cause yet another accident.

    Its the bikes fault. Well sure, he broke hard and only to stunt for the camera. He SHOULD have done the lifesaver check before hand. But regardless, the SUV wasnt maintaining a safe 2 second gap. But alas, you hit someone up the arse, your not concentrating properly, plain and simple. Im a biker, and if the bike pulled that move on me, I wouldnt have hit him for damn sure.      If you look real close you can see the car was a little to close, but only when the motorcycle decides to slam on its brakes to do a wheelie; in traffic. If the motorcycle wouldn't have slmaed on its brakes the crash would not have happened.

    I'd say it was the SUV's fault. What if the biker hadn't been stopping to do a trick, but instead was stopping because of an obstacle in the road? The SUV still would have hit him. That PLUS the fact that he/she drove off just makes him/her a fully realized F*ckup.

      @brainfreeze215if it had an obstacle on the road probably the SUV would have saw it and slowed down. The thing is, the road is open and clear and the biker slowed to show his ass, and received a little present.

    Strike one, SUV wasn't following a safe distance, it's 20 feet per 10 MPH. Strike two, SUV left the scene of an accident, hit and run. Strike three, bike making a stupid trick in the middle of a blind corner. Let God sort it out.

     50/50 at fault why because if car went slower he or she would have seen a motorcyclists about to stop. It is unexpected but that is what causes accidents when you are too casual and careless and leave your defenses down. That is why they tell you to drive defensively. Driver of the car should have seen many people around and they were obviously watching something in the road and should have paid attention. What happened was driver of car saw motorcylists but followed too closely and didnt' expect motorcycl

    Really people? The car was on a blind turn. You think he is just going to stop in the middle and let someone else hit him? He was pulling ahead so he could actually stop without someone flying around the corner at 40mph and putting himself at fault.
