  It is called: ...a Dingy, and they are sweet! I love the hang glider thing attached...that is definitely how i would travel if i was a drug lord or if i had custy's across a body of water haha....I saw one once, it was flying over a Lake close to shore and after some research, i found out you can buy the parts and build one in your garage...it's like several thousand dollars though

  there are: far to many negitive nancys on this site every video has tons of comments like o thats cool but you know they already have something like that. just the fact that, the flying boat is probably homemade is badass
