  I can do the same thing without the bottle. I think its called exhaling while making noise. Kind of like humming with my mouth open. Kind of like singing without using words. And the hard thing is I'm a deaf mute.

  yeah, he's just humming through it like a kazoo. he is moving his fingers to make it look like he's playing it like a trumpet. he probably fools a bunch of people and rakes in on the tips from all the looky lues that dont know anything about musical instruments.
