  ? that is bull shit: i smoke and when i ask some one do they want a smoke if they say yes i give them one if they say no than i am like ok. all that means is i dont need to wast one. i really dont care is some one smokes or not. and i am pretty sure that is how all the people i know that smoke feel about it
