  using her phone as a flashlight, then kept saying she didn't know she couldn't text!!?? Maybe my phone is different, but I don't have to text to use the screen as a flash light. Dumb bimbo needs to figure out which direction she wants her lie to go, then stay with it.

  What a dip wad this girl is. You are not allowed to use your phone in the theater because it disturbs other patrons. More than likely someone complained to the manager. I hate it when I spend money to go to a movie only to have someone distract me with the glare or there phone. Nothing short of an emergency is an excuse.

  I actually signed up because I saw this and felt I had to comment. I work for a large publishing company and I deal directly with customers at the upper management level. I think I understand this scenario. I'll be the farm that your "management" staff consists of some immature hipster assholes on a power trip. Sounds like the chick was a ditz. Guess what? She was a paying customer. This is what happens when you run a private enterprise. You can't exactly pick and choose your customers with these oddly s

    @dgarvin1Before the movie starts they explain that they'll warn you once, then kick you out. According to alamo's website they warned this particular customer twice. As someone who frequents alamo often, I hope she never comes back. :)
