A new design for jet packs uses a system of conduits to push water from an engine below the surface of a lake through thrust nozzles on the pack. I want one!

Theoretically with a long enough hose I suppose a fireman could hover above a building and blast the shit out of it from above. So this really does have a very practical use plus instead of towing the machine behind you, you could attach it to a small fast boat and work as a team to get places faster. I want one!

@NeilMortonlol yea and suppose there's a malfunction of some kind then what? the firefighter plummets straight on top of a raging inferno.....yea not the safest of ways to put out a fire.

Another great description. "System of conduits"? LMAO. Gee, how about a pump, a hose, and a couple of valves.
