wow ... awesome ... this is the real fight seen at the Shiaolin Monestery and the Wudon style, especially I recognize two of the fighting style: tiger claw and geese from Mt. Emeishan.

Horrible editing. The acting was dreadful with no emotional content what so ever, and that awful arm breaking was probably more brutal and ridiculous then Steven Seagal's supposed arm-breaking from his Aikido style. All these jumping around and flipping not only isn't functional for real life situation but is extremely diluted in a way that makes fans of martial arts wanna train for something delusional rather then for safety and simplicity.
@Bubbafish You're a complete idiot. This is a MOVIE STYLE FIGHT SCENE not a womens self defense "how to" video.
