I think it's fake. Maybe the painting technic look like a pro, the lightinig is too sharp as a true picture. Moreover at the end, the back ground completely f**k up the scene with a pityfull "cloud" effect and flashy colors out of purpose. When you have this skills of Photoshop, you might have some sense of graphic design... And you don't work at screen definition 72dpi.
