  The camera is the Phantom HD and its made by Vision Research. They've since bettered it with the V12.1 which, depending on the resolution, can do 6,242 fps at full 1280x800 widescreen resolution (or 6,900 fps at 1280x720) and up to 1,000,000 fps at reduced resolution. Price for both depends on configuration, but tends to fall somewhere in the $50,000-150,000 bracket.
