    @TheFazyou are retarded they do carry breathalyzers but in order to use one you need to have resonable cause to use it... you cant just force someone to take it... this is called a field sobriety test to see if they have a cause to use it.

    @TheFazAns a person can try to argue that they are not intoxicated at a given blood alcohol level. This will back up their level of impairment in court. They could get a low reading and still be very impaired.
