    @oldschoolpaulieRight, blame it on the government. It's not as though ordinary citizens have any responsibility to ascertain what they can afford to pay each month for a mortgage. Nor is it their job to review the b.s. contracts written by slimy mortgage brokers who are just looking to make a quick but. When people stop blaming political parties for their problems, and grow the F up, watch how quickly things improve.
