   volts are equal to amps x resistance. take 7k volts and divide by 10k of resistance (ohms of average person arm to arm) and you get .7 amps. More than enough to send you into fibrillation. None of you know shit about electricity. He touches a plastic switch and manages to get shocked? My guess is the burned up switch happened before this tape was made. That would explain why the back side of the wall is open and romex looks new. How does a surge protector generate volts? It's basically a heavy duty

    @sharnrockAlso , there's no arm to arm ging on here , just simple arm to ground wich is around 35k ohm's wich equals to 0.2 , if i'm not mistaken the normal person has a limit of 0.24 amps before the heart stops. Still risky, if the ligt siwtch wasnt grounded on one side and had positive on the orher , then the current would simply go through his hand , at low ohms which could cause the burn. His fíngers/hand wouldn't look to neat tho. Of and .... did he died ?
