@voteforbob ignorant: almost *every* single cops with tasers video, someone asks, "you ever been hit with that thing!?" the answer is ALWAYS yes, because that's part of the training to become certified to carry and use a taser. it also helps to prevent trigger happy cops from over tasing inhumanely. unfortunately there are some cops, like in my current town, that are just bored, my buddy got pulled over for his taillight being out, and a few things went wrong, he didnt have his license on him, his insurance card wa

Just about what I expected...: the problem is not the tazer. It's attempting to walk carrying such a large jiggle-belly. Too much effort. In american all a criminal has to be able to do is jog. No fat-bellied, jiggle fat officer would be able to catch him. Of course..the criminal could be a jiggle-belly as well. In america, it's safe to assume whoever you are speaking of is an overweight, jiggle belly with obvious women breasts under your too-tight t-shirts. I must laugh.

they arnt trying to prove anything: what is simply being done here is that they cops are holding him to make sure he doesent move untill he is tazed then to catch him if he falls since he odviosly cant move a single muscle in his body since they are all contracted disableing him from getting the twenty or to do anything to the person tazing him
