How to Play Naked Solitaire

OK. If your so bored that your going to sit their and play solitaire might as well do it with naked chicks. I didnt have the patience to beat this. I played 6 hands lost all 6 and gave up so will someone beat it and tell me what the 2 chicks do in the picture when you win.
