Its a fan trailer from a guy that wants to remake the movie in a new image. Warner Bros was looking into making a new version so he put this out. With the new MK game coming out soon im sure a major company will pick this up if they dont they are missing out on a huge chance. But still it will be atleast two years before anything could be completed
