I wonder if there are any documented rally car races that were crash free. In this clip a rally car completely misses his turn and takes out a few spectators with him.
A bunch of people go down to the beach to check out Hurrican Dean as it approaches landfall. The hurricane is still hours away but the waves tell the crowd its time to go home.

As this car turns a hard corner it hits bails of hay causing the driver to lose control and crash into dozens of spectators. Amazing that nobody was killed in this accident.
