Rick Snakewood bindings join the African Blackwood to its master grade Adirondack Red Spruce top which brings with it power, clarity and all the headroom you can ask for. Bill also bound the neck and his elegant headstock with Snakewood as well. For those who dont know Snakewood is extremely valuable and rare. To further accent this stunning instrument Bill added very line Mother Of Pearl Sparkle as the top border, rosette lines, backstrip and tail wedge accents. There is also a first fret flame made from real gem quality Opal border with M.O.P. Sparkle and this is echoed on the bottom of the backstrip as well.
