Rage Against the Machine, with the Iraq Veterans Against the War and Tent State University headlined the Tent State Music Festival to end the war during the Democratic National Convention. The concert held at the Denver Coliseum on Aug 27, 2008 was free to the public and tickets were distributed through a lottery system. A large peaceful march to the Pepsi Center, where the Democratic National Convention was being held followed the concert.
