We were holed up in our rehearsal space for 3 days and were blessed to work with Corey Lowery (Ex Stuck Mojo, Stereomud,Dark New Day). Corey and I have been good friends for many years. I have been a huge fan of his work since the Mojo days and through all the bands he's been in. I knew he'd be a perfect guy to work with and I'll tell you what.....the songs we worked with him came out UNBELIEVABLE! Even though we worked 3...12 hour days in record heat wave in downtown L.A.you wouldnt believe the emotions that extreme temperatures bring out in ya! ha ha.. We were restless, dehydrated, and exhausted,but we MADE it happen. Corey is one the most down to earth, creative, genuine people I've ever known. He is filled with great ideas and was very open to seeing our vision of the band/songs. The guy is a trooper and hard worker. He flew in from Atlanta after doing a weeks worth of pre production for his band Dark New Day working 12-13 hour days got on a plane with NO Sleep and came here to work with us for 4 days!!
