This is a TV show called Nightmare stage and this video really explains why its called Nightmare stage. After member of a crew starts teasing a gipsy guy, he takes of his shoe, only to be beaten with it by another guy.
This is during a Russian TV show. (unstaged). Not really sure what the show is about, but you do get to see some hilarious kicks. I know I heard a "kazel" in there somewhere. It means "asshole".
