This is from the hot air balloon show in Gatineau Quebec on August 31st 2008...seems like the diver runs out of smoke at the wrong time...
A skydiver gets his parachute stuck in the wheel of the airplane hes jumping from. When he finally manage to cut himself lose, he find out he had cut some of the parachute. He starts spinning until he gets the backup parachute out. He hits the freezing water at 50 km/h and when found, his body temperature were only 31 celsius. He survived after being picked up by a Sea King rescue chopper.
