Recorded on 3/14/09 - WashDC ...................................... We had about 20 people today which is pretty good seeing how it rained off and on the whole time and was maybe 40 degrees. I would have taped more but the rain broked my camera. Luckily later the dry unbroked it. The org. was so dead. I saw about 10 staff leaving out the back over the course of 3 and a half hours. Saw maybe 2-4 public. It was sad. Two ladies were taking our pictures for almost an hour. They all kinds of fancy camera tech. but no communication skills so we have no idea what they were up to. One asked me to stand on Scientology property for a picture to which I said fail. We had chalk and cupcakes and raindrops and lols. Someone swiped one of our bookbags - lame. ...

**Clearer video available at Glaserbeam.com** A few years ago, filmmaker/songwriter Ken Glaser witnessed nature putting on an unusual show over Diamond Bar, CA. Thousands of starlings descended like raindrops from cruising altitude at dusk and gathered near the Kmart. Floating on air currents like swimmers carried by waves, they played in the wind for an hour, at times acting like a single, pulsating organism, before finally settling on a large tree. Employing kinetic camerawork, tight editing, and an ethereal soundtrack, Ken was able to craft a hypnotic, magical film.
