(7.24.09) -- Percy Phillips, in the orange jumpsuit, jumps up and threatens the prosecutor and is subsequently tased. Phillips made an aggressive move in the direction of prosecutor John Balliet, according to a sheriff's department spokesman. Phillips was uninjured.
