Want to password protect some files, and folders? Its simply done with WinRAR. You just right click on the files and/or folders you want to protect on choose Add to archive... Now in the Advanced tab, you choose Set password..., enter you password, choose if the file names are gonna be hidden, and click Ok. This will make a .rar file with your protected files inside. You will need the password to open or extract them. This is good for storing you files safe, or when you take them with you to another computer. In this video, I will show you how to make a Folder/Shortcut invisible to see on your computer. All you need to do is too find the Folder/Shortcut, right click on it and choose Properties. Now choose Change Icon. Here you must choose one of the icons that are just blank. Apply it, and the icon wont show. Now take the name of the Folder/Shortcut and replace it with the alt code (Alt + 255) (If you can enter it, just copi and paste this- ( ). Now your icon and name will be invisible. You can mark the folder, to open it. This works good on the deskop.
