This is the third of three parts to a drawing I made. This piece was sped up and x5 speed and was originally about 5 hrs long. The light box used is for my proportions and that is what you see flickering in the background. This was my first time doing this, so I apologize for the shaky quality and the parts where I am drawing outside the camera range. Hope you enjoy. I used pencil- h, 2b, 2b, 6b & 8b pencil, Smudge brush, a q-tip and tissue paper.

I can't explain myself any more clearly about the tracing and projector nonsense. The photoshop accusations are a treat too. So instead I am posting myself finishing up my Sean Sherk drawing. I had 1/4 of the drawing left and as you can see I drew the rest. It was 3 hours or so and I sped it up and made it 3 minutes. Thanks to all you positive people. As for you haters... My friend Allen Alvir has a very popular Boxing/Mixed Martial Arts blog- http-//shootafairone.wordpress.com/ and I decided to create a character for one of the writers he has on staff (OToole). Allen is a big fan of Mike Tyson (heavyweight champion) and his legendary trainer Cus DAmato who also trained managed Floyd Patterson (olympic and heavyweight champion) and Jose Torres (light heavyweight champion) so I made this character with DAmato in mind. I used DAmato reference photos for my initial drawing but also had fictional Rocky trainer Mickey Goldmill in mind (portrayed by Burgess Meredith). Using these two icons; one from pop culture one from reality, gave me an interesting image to illustrate. In this video, I documented my process. I started out with a pencil drawing that was based on reference photos of Cus DAmato and fictional character Mickey Goldmill. Next, I cut out two boxing gloves from a photograph and glued them down.
