Did Rampant Corruption in Central Jail go Un-noticed? M.C.Vishwanathaiah name features as the most corrupt official in Bangalore Central Jail. It is learnt that Vishwanathaiah has a close network of jail guards through whom he collects Rs. 20 for carrying food and Rs.50 to carry Mobile Phone inside the jail by the relatives and friends of the prisoners. Paying the guards has become mandatory say the visitors. It is also said that antisocial and underworld has easy access with their counterparts through cell phones. Their local dealings are completed from the prison.
